I made them wait until I took a picture. Mean mum of the year award. I am no Martha Stewart at the best of times, and certainly no gluten free Martha Stewart. So these cupcakes come out of a box and can be made and iced within an hour. Yep. And they taste extremely very good. I wait until people taste them – then I tell them they’re gluten free. Most are very surprised, as they taste like normal cake. They are a Basco cupcake mix, and you can get them in most supermarkets.
This mix was prepared by two 5 year olds and a 3 year old. They got most of the mix into the patty pans. The rest somehow fell into their mouths.
Fresh outta the oven and ready for icing.
