A friend got me onto a fantastic site recently. It’s called The Healthy Chef, by Teresa Cutter. It’s now in my top ten favourite list, and I am cooking my way through her healthy and extremely tasty recipes.
Last week I cooked her gluten free bread, which is predominantly made with quinoa and chia seeds. I thought it turned out beautifully. Very tasty, and it was very easy. Some soaking, some blending, and some baking. The recipe is here, and have a good look around whilst you’re there. Like me, you may find it hard to leave.

Gluten-free foods are not just only delicious but nutritious as well. People who are suffering from Celiac disease can eat this kind of food without hesitation.

Yum – a banana bread that isn’t full of sugar and butter? Tick!!!! And I love her site too – thanks for the heads up on Teresa!

Looks good. The Cracked Pepper Restaurant in the Hunter valley offered coeliacs plenty of choice in their lunch and dinner menus and had their own delicious GF bread & rolls which were really light and morish.
