A little reminder that the 2011 Gluten Free Expo is 8 weeks away. Put it in your diary. I’ve been given some great advice from a reader (thankyou) to get there early, don’t eat before you go (lots of tasting), and clear out space in your freezer, as there are some good deals to be had.
